Host a Harvard Student in the Winter Break Internship Program

Work at a public interest organization? Host a Harvard College student volunteer this winter.

Interested in hosting a Harvard volunteer this winter?

Harvard's Center for Public Interest Careers (CPIC) is seeking nonprofit and other public service organizations to host student volunteers for up to three weeks (January 4-22, 2016), at no cost to participating institutions. CPIC will support students who want to engage in public service projects.

Past volunteers have worked on research projects, curriculum development, field trip planning, social media outreach, donor thank you notes, and providing direct services to clients and constituents.

If interested in introducing a student to the rewards of a public interest career, contact Travis Lovett, Director of CPIC, indicating your name and organization and providing a brief description of the sort of project or other experience you'd like to offer students. For questions, please email Alexis Wheeler, JD '09.
