Burien Brat Trot & Bavarian Fest

Support local schools and students - including the Harvard Club of Seattle CAP Scholars - at this fun run fundraiser!

In April, the Harvard Club of Seattle partnered with Highline Public Schools to launch the HCS Crimson Achievement Program (CAP), an educational service initiative that kicked off with a spring break field trip to Harvard and MIT for eight 9th-grade CAP Scholars. Now, join the CAP Scholars in paying it forward at the Burien Brat Trot, a family-friendly fun run to raise money for students of Highline Public Schools (serving Burien, Des Moines, SeaTac, Normandy Park, and areas of unincorporated King County just south of Seattle). There are 1-mile and 5K options for runners, as well as numerous volunteer opportunities at the event. Afterwards, celebrate with us at Bavarian Fest, which includes beer gardens, sausage, live bands, activities for the kids, and so much more!

And if you want to directly support CAP, please donate here. Thank You!
