Kayak Camping with Harvard Alumni in July 2024 - Planning Kickoff In-Person!
We invite all Harvard Alumni to join us for a kick-off planning meeting for a 5 day kayak camping trip in the San Juan Islands. No roads, no crowds, no cell service, beautiful islands, great food. Unplug and reconnect.
This will be a laid back guided kayak camping trip in the beautiful San Juan Islands halfway between the U.S and Canada.
• There is lots of wildlife such as dolphins, orcas, seals, bald eagles, etc.
• We'll go with an experienced guide who knows the tides, currents, weather, and campgrounds.
• Even if you don't have any camping gear, the outfitter can provide most of what you need, such as sleeping bag, tent, kayak, life-jacket, etc.
• We typically stop for a break every 2 hours or so to explore, take a break, and have lunch.
• Plus the guide is a great cook, and we all pitch-in with prep, and clean-up.
