The Annual Meeting of the Harvard Club of Seattle (legally registered in the State of Washington as the Harvard Association of Seattle and Western Washington) was held on Thursday, May 9, 2014.
Having been approved by the board, amended bylaws were voted on and accepted by the official members in attendance. To review or download a copy of the new bylaws, please click here.
The results of the election of officers and directors were as follows:
Directors serve on the board for one year, from the fiscal year start of July 1 to June 30, along with the immediate past president and the executive committee. The elected directors are:
Peter Han '96
John Erlick '75
Jim Moore '65, MBA '72, MRP '72.
Officers elected for the 2013/14 year are:
President - Ling Lin '12
Secretary - Joanna Roth '93
Treasurer - Stephen D. Harper, ALB '12
