Annual Picnic at the Seattle Yacht Club Elliot Bay Outstation
All alumni, students, families, and friends are welcome! Meet incoming Harvard College and graduate/professional school students before they depart for Cambridge. Volunteers needed.
Please join us for a Harvard Club tradition, the Annual Picnic.
Connect with fellow alumni, meet members of the Harvard College Class of 2026 and incoming graduate and professional school students, enjoy great food (friendly to vegetarians as well), and learn more about the Club.
The picnic is free.
The SYC Elliot Bay Outstation has sweeping panoramic views of downtown Seattle, Mt. Rainier, Elliot Bay, and the Olympic Peninsula.

n.b. This is not the SYC Main Clubhouse near UW.
SYC Elliot Bay Outstation is in Magnolia near the Interbay cruise ship terminals.
Parking: Do not park in the Permit Only spaces. Visitor Parking is clearly marked. On Street parking is also clearly marked. There is plenty of free Visitor parking in clearly designated areas.
The cookout is free, and there will be plenty of summertime standards like burgers, hot dogs, and sodas.
Please bring a dish to share. If you are so inclined, you may proudly display your culinary prowess by bringing a homemade seasonal cookout favorite. Those who are time crunched (or less daring) are free to exercise those shopping skills and share snacks, a salad, or dessert. Please bring serving utensils, if needed, for your dish (but no sharp knives).
Seating: please bring a beach blanket or camp chairs as on-site seating is limited.
Alcoholic beverages: None. Soft drinks only.
All alumni, students, parents, and guests are welcome, so bring your family and friends. We hope to see you there!
