HCS Reading Group Kickoff Meeting - In-Person!
We invite all Harvard Alumni from the college and graduate schools to join us and learn more about a new reading and discussion group for those who love learning and reading or listening to books.
For those of us who
• wish we could (and know we can’t) remain in higher education for the rest of our lives and who
• miss the opportunity to discuss and debate what we have just read and who
• like picking areas of ignorance and getting together with a smart bunch of people to read about, discuss and teach themselves something
Please join us in starting up a Harvard Club of Seattle Reading Group!
6-8 meetings a year … facilitated discussions over dinner in alumni homes member homes … democratic process for choosing the books … alternating fiction and nonfiction choices … attendance requires having read the book!
