Please join Harvard alumni for a members only guided tour of Japanese Art from the Pacific Northwest at the Japanese Cultural Festival.
Experience the exhibit of Japanese art from the Pacific Northwest with Harley Rosnow '85 who will offer a special members only tour providing the cultural context and backstory of the art and the incorporation of the exhibit into the 50th festival.
Come enjoy all the 50th running of the Seattle Cherry Blossom & Japanese Cultural Festival has to offer for the whole family. Japanese food, travel, tea ceremony, martial arts, music, calligraphy, flower arrangement, sumo wrestling, and more.

"Entrance" by Jessica Sweeny. 2025. 7"x7" oil on stretched canvas. A single vermillion torii gate in a forested area, the entrance to a shrine.

"Kitsune" by Kyle Melendez Daigre. 2025. 12"x12" acrylic on wood panel. A nine-tailed kitsune holding a scroll.

"Karaoke Neon" by Rob Tilly. 2008. 27"x35" Lightjet Fujichrome Phographic Print.

"Kasa" by Yoshi Nakagawa. 2020. 10"x12" woodcut hand printed on washi paper. Kasa means umbrella in Japanese. This is an image of a traditional Japanese kasa handmade with waxed washi paper.
