RSVP is required, as there is limited space. Orientation at noon is mandatory. Please read all information below.

We'll meet immediately after the event for a social at M Baker and Deli.

Parking is free. We may be able to arrange carpooling. 

This event is sponsored in conjunction with the alumni of the Harvard School of Public Health.

 

Dress Code: 

* New: Please leave all jewelry at home. It may not be worn in the warehouse. 

* Closed-toed shoes are required to volunteer with us. Volunteers without closed-toe shoes will not be able to participate. 

* Shoulders, underarms, and midriffs must be completely covered. Tank tops are not permitted.

 

Shift Time: Orientation will begin promptly at noon and is required for all volunteers. Please arrive a few minutes early to get signed in. 

 

* It is important that all volunteers start and finish together. Our work is done assembly-line fashion so all volunteers work as a team. 

* We ask that all of our volunteers arrive on time. Volunteers who arrive late may not be able to volunteer in the same room as the rest of their group. 

 

* Our minimum volunteer age is 9 years old or 3rd grade.  

* Carpooling is recommended.  Parking is free, but space is limited.
