Please join us for our next dinner club event at Salare. Located in the heart of Ravenna’s commercial district, this quaint, farmhouse-style restaurant has an imaginative menu that rotates with the seasons and blends America’s diverse culture of food with influences from the South, Africa, Europe and the Caribbean Islands. Chef and owner, Edourado Jordan, has cooked at big name restaurants like French Laundry and Herbfarm, and was a 2017 James Beard Best Chef Northwest finalist. They will be preparing a special family-style menu for our group that is sure to be a hit. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions when you register, so we can pass those along to the restaurant.

       

If you would like to join us, you must RSVP below, as we have limited capacity for this event and the restaurant needs a firm headcount by February 28. The restaurant will issue separate checks for our event. Since the restaurant is making special accommodations for our group, we ask that if anything comes up, please give as much notice as possible so someone else can take your space and no last minute cancellation fees are charged.
